Ukrainian Book Institute is the key government institution in the Ukrainian book publishing industry under the Ministry of Culture and Strategic Communications of Ukraine.

- to promote book reading

- to support book industry

- to support translations of Ukrainian literature abroad

- to represent Ukraine at international book events

The UBI is the member of EURead and ENLit – European Network for Literary Translation.
