About
AI is changing how science is done. So how is science publishing responding to this transformation? Join us for a thought-provoking panel discussion at the Frankfurt Book Fair exploring the transformative impact of AI on scientific practice, the researcher workflow, and the role of libraries. Our expert panel will examine the ways in which human and machine intelligence create a new, hybrid way of working, with the integration of AI into existing systems and examine the implications for research practice, curricula and infrastructure. Topics will include Human-centered AI ways of conducting research and the implications this has for knowledge management and data analysis, and the evolving function of academic libraries. We will also address the limitations of AI in knowledge creation and its effect on human intellectual capital, and explore how publishers and libraries can best contribute to the future of research in an AI-enhanced world.
