White Dragon Event is a French company specializing in market research and consulting services for the development of the international webtoon market. Since 2022, the company has created and organized Les Rencontres Internationales du Webtoon in Monteux, in the south of France.

Unique outside South Korea, this event offers a rich program of conferences, showcases, and round tables led by an international panel of industry professionals from across all cultural sectors, united by their interest in webtoons. The next edition will take place from November 5 to 7.

In parallel, White Dragon Event designs turnkey activities for major international events (BICOF in 2024, MIFA, Frankfurt Book Fair in 2025), sometimes coupled with commercial development initiatives.

For its 2025 edition, Frankfurt has entrusted White Dragon Event with creating a dedicated Webtoon Area, including exhibitor recruitment for the Comics Center, and organizing two panels entirely focused on the webtoon industry.
