There are no famous authors from the beginning.

Hyang creates unfamiliar and delicious books with authors who will shine anew.

This is the direction that Hyang Publishing pursues. As we have done since we

published our first book in 2019, Hyang will focus on diversity rather than popularity,

even if it freezes to death, and will publish books that are a little unfamiliar and

strange. We want to become a publisher that puts well-made books first, not

books that sell well, books that children will like, not books that children have liked,

and books that adults want to show their children. In search of new and unfamiliar

stories and pictures, we explore and suffer with new authors until we shout out

Eureka, together with the picture book creation workshop ‘Image Building School

Picture Book Hyang’.
