Éditions des Grandes Personnes is a children’s book publisher, founded in 2009.

The master word of Les Grandes Personnes is to make something new happen. Well-known for its pop-up books and novelties, it publishes books with narrative systems that allow the reader to perceive the object under a different perspective, within the relation image/text. Most of its publications being addressed to children, the making of a project focuses on what could stimulate and positively build the youngest ones with fun and lightness. Its editorial line also includes illustrated, photography and activity books, dealing with diverse subjects such as art, architecture, design, cultural plurality, animals, science, etc…

Concerning the execution of the books, pop-up books, flaps, special inks and other mechanisms require a lot of rigor, a lot of going back and forth to verify if something is missing and if every system works correctly. That is one of the reasons why Les Grandes Personnes publishes approximately 25 titles per year, leaving enough time to be extremely peculiar about the details and completion of each book.
